Daily exposure to soap, lotion, cooking oils, and everyday wear causes diamonds and precious metals to lose their sparkle. GemOasis uses advanced sonic cleaning technology and a patented dual-action brushing system to remove buildup and restore shine in just minutes.

How GemOasis Works

GemOasis combines two professional jewelry-cleaning methods in one compact system:

  • Ultrasonic cleaning waves loosen dirt, oil, and residue

  • Pulsating rotating brushes gently clean diamond facets and settings

  • A 5-minute automated cycle delivers consistent, at-home results

This dual-action process safely cleans diamond engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces without harsh chemicals.

Quick Start – Clean Your Jewelry in 5 Minutes

  1. Place GemOasis on a flat surface using the included silicone mat

  2. Fill the tank with GemOasis cleaning solution and water to the fill line

  3. Place your diamond ring on the ring holder (rings only)

    • Optional: place earrings, bracelets, or necklaces in the basket

  4. Close the protective dome

  5. Press Start (automatic 5-minute cycle)

  6. Remove jewelry, rinse briefly with water, and dry with the GemOasis cloth

Getting Started (Rings + Basket Jewelry)
  1. Separate the top from the base if needed to access the basket area.
  2. Place other jewelry (earrings/bracelets/necklaces) in the basket.
  3. Place your Engagement Ring on the ring holder (rings only).
  4. Close the lid.
  5. Press Start to begin cleaning.

Note: The ring arm rotates during cycles even if no ring is installed.

Cleaning Cycle (5 Minutes)
  • The ring rotates through pulsating brushes and the ultrasonic bath during the cycle.
  • If the dome is opened during a cycle, the arm returns to the start position and the cycle ends.
  • To restart, close the dome and press Start.
  • If a ring hasn’t been professionally cleaned in months, it may take 2–3 cycles to remove crystallized debris.
Cleaning Solution (Use + Replacement Schedule)
  • Use only GemOasis cleaning solution (plant-based; designed for minimal foam and brush performance).
  • Replace solution every 60 days or about 40 cycles (whichever comes first).
  • To replace: pour out old solution, wipe the metal bath, then add fresh solution and water to the fill line.
Important Features & Operating Notes
  • Keep electrical contacts clean and dry at all times.
  • The protective dome must be closed to start a cleaning cycle.
  • A cycle can be interrupted by opening the dome or pressing Start again.
Safety Instructions & Warnings
  • Do not submerge the machine or power cord in water or any liquid.
  • Keep the device and cleaning solution out of reach of children.
  • Disconnect power when not in use. Clean with a damp cloth.
  • Rings only: the rotating arm + ring holder mechanism is designed exclusively for rings.

  • Limited warranty coverage applies with proof of purchase from an authorized seller (non-transferable).
  • Repair or replacement decisions are at GemOasis discretion; normal wear and misuse are not covered.
