Warranty Form

GemOasis has a 6-month Limited Warranty with proof of purchase from an authorized seller. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to a third party. Repair or replacement of defective parts is solely at the discretion of GemOasis. Product defects not covered under the warranty include wear incurred from normal use, accidental negligence, misuse of instructions or repair by unauthorized parties. Warranty is valid within the USA and Canada.
