Refund policy

GemOasis has a 30 day return policy. This means an item may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided:

• Proof of purchase from GemOasis within the last 30 days.
• Machine, accessories and packaging must be in original condition.
• Customer is responsible for secure return, packaging and shipping charges.
• Return will be accepted provided client has received a ‘return authorization number’ from GemOasis.
• To receive a return authorization, email info@gemoasis.com ‘with your proof of purchase information’.

**The ‘return authorization number’ must be visible on the outside of the package.

**Machines purchased from a GemOasis Dealer [not through the GemOasis website] must be approved by and returned to the same Dealer.  

Refunds

Your GemOasis return will be opened and inspected under video surveillance to ensure it is in perfect condition. Once the condition of the packaging, machine and accessories has been approved we will notify you and the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
